Tasting menus

We take care of our guests by preparing dishes made of authentically fresh and genuine selected products, all originating in our territory. Our cuisine rediscovers the true authentic flavors based on fresh homemade pasta, meats of exclusive local origin and other food that are at the basis of the dishes typical of this land. The Menu proposals range from simple tastings (Cured meats, Cheeses, etc.) to more consistent ones (Appetizers, First courses, second courses, etc.). We have selected the best typical wines both local and from the Umbrian territory to create the best combination with dishes. In the periods in which they are available, we organize tastings based on porcini mushrooms and truffles. The desserts are the expression of old recipes handed down by our grandparents. Dinners and tastings will be organized both inside our tasting room and outside, on the terrace overlooking the pond and the valleys surrounding the farm.

The cost of a tasting goes from a minimum of 8.00 euro up to a maximum of 30.00 euro per person (drinks not included).

Tastings are organized 2/3 times for weekly stays. For other stays, reservations or a minimum of 4 people are recommended.

Special menus and rates for children are available according to different needs.
