I Girasoli, a three-room apartment (74 sq. Meters) on the ground floor, overlooks the green valley of the Tiber. It includes a large living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.) kitchen area, a bath with shower, and two bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 4 people. Each contains two single beds that can be transformed into a double. Extra beds can be added for children, and the comfortable couch in the living room can be transformed into an extra double bed. The massive stone walls keep the apartment naturally cool during the summer months and toasty warm during the winter.
