This three-room apartment (62 sq. Meters) is located on the first floor of the Farmhouse, overlooking the green Valley of the Tiber. The large living / dining room (with fireplace) includes a cozy fully equipped (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.) kitchen corner, and the two bedrooms can comfortably sleep 4 people (Each contains two single beds that can be transformed into a double). There’s also a bathroom with a shower. Extra beds can be added for children, and the comfortable couch in the living room can be transformed into an extra double bed. The massive stone walls keep the apartment naturally cool during the summer months and toasty warm during the winter.
