L'Uva is a two-room apartment located on the first floor of the Farmhouse. It offers a splendid view of the Tiber Valley and the Apennine slopes running between Umbria and the Marche. The apartment consists in a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a living/dining area with a fully equipped (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.) kitchen corner and fireplace. Extra beds can be added for children, and the comfortable couch in the living room can be transformed into an extra double bed. The massive stone walls keep the apartment naturally cool during the summer months and toasty warm during the winter.
